This Privacy Policy describes how Vesterlow ("we," "us," or "our"), the coordinating entity of the educational program operating at vesterlowmx.com, collects, uses, and safeguards personal data provided by visitors and participants. This policy is issued in compliance with Mexico's Ley Federal de Protección de Datos Personales en Posesión de los Particulares (LFPDPPP), published in the Diario Oficial de la Federación on 5 July 2010, and its Regulations.

We do not collect sensitive personal data (datos personales sensibles) as defined under Article 3, fraction VI of the LFPDPPP, such as racial or ethnic origin, health status, religious beliefs, or financial information. No financial account data of any kind is requested or stored.

Personal data collected through this website is used exclusively for the following primary purposes (finalidades primarias), which are necessary to fulfill the relationship between the data subject and Vesterlow:

Vesterlow does not transfer, sell, rent, or otherwise disclose personal data to third parties, except in the following circumstances permitted under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP, which do not require the data subject's consent:
Any service provider acting as an encargado (data processor) under this policy is contractually bound to process data only for the purposes specified by Vesterlow and to maintain appropriate security measures.
A third party that processes personal data on behalf of the responsible party (Vesterlow) under a service agreement. Encargados may not use the data for their own purposes and must return or destroy it upon termination of the agreement.
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the date of receipt, after which they are securely deleted. Program participation records may be retained for up to 5 years for internal educational planning purposes, in anonymized form where possible.
Under Articles 28 through 37 of the LFPDPPP, data subjects have the right to exercise their ARCO rights:
Access: the right to know what personal data we hold about you. Rectification: the right to correct inaccurate data. Cancellation: the right to request deletion of your data. Opposition: the right to object to specific uses of your data. These rights are exercised by contacting us directly.
To exercise any ARCO right, send a written request to info@vesterlowmx.com including: your full name, a copy of a valid official identification document, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise and the data to which the request refers, and, where applicable, any supporting documentation. We will respond within 20 business days of receiving a complete request, as required by Article 32 of the LFPDPPP.
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures appropriate to the nature of the personal data held and the risks involved in its processing. These measures include access controls, encrypted data transmission via HTTPS, and restricted access to personal data on a need-to-know basis. While we take reasonable precautions, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
